I thought it went against everything I believed in, and for a little while I did feel like a traitor. But when it came in it's cute little box, when I downloaded my entire uni library for free, and when I could carry with me every book I need for the next two years (literally) in my back pocket, I was converted.
That's right, I got a Kindle.

It is an absolute dream - if you even vaguely enjoy reading, I'd recommend one - there's nothing more persuasive to academic genius than a shiny new toy, and I would guarantee you'd probably get through twice as many books with one.

And being a naughty, I persuaded Paul to buy me one before we start saving for Christmas so it doesn't count towards festive gifting (mwahaha!)
